To help me sort things out quickly, it's useful to include:
Open the Profile screen and tap Delete profile. This erases everything First Steps has stored and returns the app to its starting state. Uninstalling the app also removes all of its data.
First Steps keeps everything on your device and nothing in the cloud. This is what makes it completely private — but it also means your information doesn't transfer automatically to a new phone. An optional backup feature is something we're considering for a future update.
Your current week is worked out from the due date you entered. You can update your due date any time on the Profile screen, and every week will recalculate to match.
Every task is yours to manage. Swipe to delete a task you don't need, tick off the ones you've done, or add your own from the Tasks screen. First Steps is meant to bend around your pregnancy, not the other way round.
